Gabriel Gonzaga fights Kevin Jordan in this UFC 56. The fight was a snoozer but man oh man, did it ever go out with a bang. I doubt either of these guys will have much of a career in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, but the Superman punch thrown in this fight sure was deadly.
